The Consulting/Planning Phase
Shortly after booking, we will schedule a virtual or in-person budget meeting to put together a budget that will guide you as you begin to plan your wedding. After a budget is determined, we'll provide you with a list of trusted, available vendors, and then begin the steps of creating your wedding design boards.
The Event Management Phase
Beginning 8 weeks prior to your wedding, you will have unlimited access to your Planner via email and scheduled phone calls. They will reach out to schedule a kick-off call to review your plans, the vendors you've hired, and to schedule your 30 Day Planning Meeting.
The Event Production Phase
The big day is here! Your Planner will be there to direct your ceremony rehearsal and be present on your wedding day to ensure everything you've planned is going off without a hitch so you can fully enjoy all of the magical moments!
